The agreement in plain terms.

This summary describes current practice. Final contractual language requires legal review before public launch.

Membership and billing

Memberships are billed monthly with no enrollment fee. Coaching and resource access depends on an active membership.

Payment failure

If a payment fails, the membership is suspended. Coaching eligibility stops and recordings and resources become unavailable while your records remain intact. Access returns after payment is confirmed.

Cancellation

Cancellation requires at least 30 days written notice. Access continues through the paid service period. If a billing date falls inside the notice period, that monthly payment remains due and access continues through that billing period.

Scope of coaching

Services are business coaching only. Nothing provided is legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, or investment advice. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and execution.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep the content of coaching sessions, documents, and business information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Recordings and materials

Session recordings, curriculum, and learning resources are provided for the member's own use. They may not be redistributed, resold, or published.

Acceptable use

Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, non-payment, or conduct that harms other members.
