How coaching works
A repeatable operating rhythm, not a motivational program.
Coaching here is a working relationship with structure. Every client moves through the same loop, applied to their own business.
The engagement
What the first ninety days look like
- 01
Application
You tell us where the business stands today, what you want next, and what is in the way. We review fit and current capacity before anything else.
- 02
Onboarding and intake
A guided business intake captures your starting point without asking you to guess unknown numbers. Sections relevant to your primary outcome open when needed.
- 03
Plan
Your coach works with you on a 90-day plan around one primary outcome. The plan is reviewed with you and can be revised as conditions change.
- 04
Weekly session
A 50-minute private session with a prepared coach. Review, teach, decide, commit. You leave with one to three specific commitments.
- 05
Execution between sessions
Fixed blocks protect the work that produces results. Evolving activity adapts to the current constraint. Commitments are tracked, not assumed.
- 06
Measure and review
Review your business evidence and coaching progress: what moved, what did not, and what needs to change next.
Operating principles
What the coaching is built on
Answers before the test
You are not left to guess. Standards, expectations, and the path are made explicit before you are measured against them.
Be, Do, Have
Identity and standards come first, disciplined activity second, results third. Reflection closes the loop.
Focus doctrine
One primary outcome at a time. Three supporting priorities at most. One to three commitments per session.
