About the coaches
Assigned coaches, accountable for the work.
Individual clients are assigned one coach for the relationship. Group cohorts are led by a cohort coach who teaches the curriculum.
Standard of practice
What a coach is responsible for
- Prepare before every session, using the client's own evidence.
- Hold the standard, including when it is uncomfortable.
- Teach the reasoning, not only the tactic.
- Keep the plan current as conditions change.
- Record decisions, commitments, and follow-through.
- Protect confidentiality of every client document and conversation.
