What we collect
Account and contact details, the information you provide in applications and intake, documents you choose to upload, session records created during coaching, and the operational records needed to run your membership.
How your information is used
To deliver coaching, prepare sessions, maintain your plan and history, administer your membership, and communicate with you about the service.
Who can see it
You, your assigned coach, and the administrator. Coaches can see only the clients assigned to them. Internal preparation notes and drafts are never shared outside the coaching team.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are never stored in this application.
Storage and security
Documents and recordings are held in private, access-controlled storage. Access to every record is checked against your identity and role on every request.
Retention and deletion
Coaching history is retained while your membership is active and for a defined period afterwards. You may request archival or deletion of your records, subject to legal and accounting obligations.
