Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how this works.
- What is the difference between individual and group coaching?
- Individual coaching is a private relationship with an assigned coach, a weekly 50-minute session, and a plan built for your business. Group coaching is a structured cohort program with a weekly live class, curriculum, and community learning. Individual clients do not automatically receive group coaching, and group members do not receive private sessions.
- Why does individual coaching require an application?
- Capacity is limited and each client is assigned a coach. We review fit, objectives, and available openings before inviting anyone to enroll.
- How is billing handled?
- Memberships are billed monthly, with no enrollment fee. Online checkout is being prepared; group coaching payment is not yet available online. Card details are not stored in this application.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Membership moves to a suspended state. Coaching, recordings, and resources pause while your history is preserved, and access returns as soon as payment is confirmed. You keep access to billing resolution and support throughout.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancellation requires at least 30 days written notice. Access continues through the paid service period, and a billing date that falls inside the notice period remains due.
- Can I join the individual waitlist while in group coaching?
- Yes. Group members can join the priority waitlist without cancelling their group membership.
- Who can see my business information?
- Only you, your assigned coach, and the administrator. Private coach notes and internal preparation are never shown to clients, and documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage.
- Is this legal, tax, or brokerage advice?
- No. This is business coaching only. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and execution.
